How We Work Together
I provide short-term and longer term therapy services aimed to address the specific goals we establish at the beginning of our work together. Whether you’re here to process long-standing patterns or to make sense of a recent shift, I offer therapy that’s warm, affirming, and grounded in your unique values. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, connection, and ease — so you can feel more like yourself again.
I offer in-person appointments for clients at my Media, PA office location. This is conveniently located for clients located throughout Media, Delaware County, and across the Main Line PA Region.
If you’re outside this area or prefer to meet via telehealth, I also offer virtual therapy via a HIPAA-approved platform. You can find a map of approved states I’m licensed to serve here.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals who want more than just “getting by” — they want to feel connected, grounded, and aligned with what really matters. I provide a compassionate space to explore the challenges and messiness of life, help you understand the ways your past and present are shaping how you are showing up in the world around you, and help you develop tools and strategies for finding more peace, balance, and confidence.
My practice also specializes in treating mental health providers and those in training, medical providers and medical students, as well as lawyers and law students. I enjoy applying my knowledge and expertise in well-being through the lens of the unique challenges these careers bring to help those who feel like they are treading water.
